This is starting to look great! I've been trying out this new feature from time to time for a while and it feels a lot more polished now.
That said, I'm also seeing the same issue as was reported by toddthomas, that sensor temperatures are always displayed in Fahrenheit even though this isn't my preferred unit (Kelvin is the only true way to measure temperatures).
edit: I would agree with the suggestion that using the global setting for the temperature unit would make sense, rather than adding a new one which would inevitably lead to people having to change the setting twice in two different places.
But to add to what was mentioned here: toddthomas, there is a menu bar app called "Hot" which reports when the CPU is thermal throttling. I relied on it recently when I had to run some large jobs that used 100% of all 10 cores on my i9-10910 and I was getting throttled. This would be a nice feature to add to Sensei's monitoring.
